Explosion took place in Kabul

At least six civilians were killed, and several other civilians and three servicemen were injured in a terrorist attack that occurred near the building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Afghanistan.

Taliban spokesman Bilal Karimi said that IS was behind the attack.

“Such ominous atrocities are only committed by IS militants. Fortunately, the intelligence forces of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan eliminated them by 99% in our country,” RIA Novosti quoted Karimi.
