ABOUT SCO RATS
Artur Golovanov
Artur Golovanov was born on February 3, 1978. He is a citizen of the Republic of Tajikistan. Artur Golovanov graduated with honors from the Tajik National University with a degree in Law.
He has been working in the national security bodies of the Republic of Tajikistan since January 1999. Since 2015, he has been working in the Executive Committee of the SCO RATS.
Artur Golovanov holds the position of Deputy Director of the Executive Committee of the SCO RATS since March 2022. He supervises the Department of Administrative, Financial and Economic Activities.
Artur Golovanov’s military rank is Colonel. He holds a PhD in Law; fluent in Russian, Tajik and English. He is married and has three children.
